Job Description:
The Tele Counselor provides support and guidance to clients via telephone or virtual communication. This role involves assessing clients’ needs, providing information, and offering emotional support.And Convert Leads into Walking's

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct telephonic counseling sessions with clients.
- Assess clients’ emotional and psychological needs.
- Develop personalized action plans and provide resources.
- Maintain accurate records of sessions and client progress.
- Collaborate with other professionals as needed.
- Adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
- Conduct follow-up calls to monitor client progress.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant counseling or mental health experience.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Knowledge of Education Sale practices and technology.

Pay: ₹9,721.89 - ₹33,904.40 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
