We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Tele-Counselor to join our team. who will play a pivotal role in assisting students by understanding their needs, offering appropriate solutions, and guiding them toward suitable educational opportunities. Your role will involve managing leads, following up with prospective students, and generating new leads through cold-calling techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Lead Management:
*Manage and organize student leads in the system effectively.

*Track and maintain a pipeline of prospective students from initial inquiry to enrollment.

2) Follow-Up:
*Conduct timely follow-ups with students to answer queries, provide updates, and encourage decision-making.

3) Cold Calling and Lead Generation:
*Initiate cold calls to prospective students to introduce our services and generate interest.

*Identify new opportunities to expand the database and increase reach.

4) Needs Assessment:
*Conduct detailed conversations to understand students’ educational and career goals.

*Evaluate their needs and recommend programs, courses, or services that align with their objectives.

5) Solution Offering:
*Present customized solutions that match the students' needs, ensuring clarity about program details, fees, and benefits.

*Provide accurate and relevant information regarding admissions, scholarships, or other offerings.

**Support and Guidance**:
*Build trust and rapport with students to support them in their decision-making process.

*Address concerns and resolve queries in a professional and empathetic manner.

**Reporting and Documentation**:
*Maintain accurate records of student interactions and updates in CRM systems.

*Prepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.

**Qualifications**:
*Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education or counseling is an advantage.

**Experience**:
*0-1 Years+ of experience in tele counseling, sales, or customer service (freshers with excellent skills are encouraged to apply).

*Experience working with students or in the education sector is preferred.

**Skills**:
*Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

*Strong ability to identify student needs and offer suitable solutions.

*Proficiency in cold calling techniques and lead management.

*Empathy and patience in dealing with students and parents.

*Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
