The position holder will be responsible for converting leads into admissions for online and distance learning courses according to their interest and qualification. The counselor serves as a key representative of the institution, ensuring an excellent experience for all prospective students and their families.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students on admission requirements, academic programs, and university details.
- Manage the entire admission process — from inquiry to enrollment — ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Maintain and update student information in the admissions database.
- Collaborate with academic departments, marketing and administration to support student.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, community events, and high school visits.
- Assist in planning and implementing admission campaigns, outreach activities, and digital recruitment strategies.
- Meet or exceed student enrollment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide feedback and insights to improve admission strategies and enhance the applicant experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in admissions, student services, or higher education preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
