**Job Summary**:
As a **Tele counselor**, you will play a crucial role in communicating with prospective students and parents, understanding their educational goals, and offering them the right guidance regarding our programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries generated through various channels (website, walk-ins, events, referrals)
- Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and career options
- Follow up regularly to nurture leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain call logs and update lead status on CRM or internal databases
- Handle queries professionally and resolve concerns or direct them to relevant departments
- Support in lead generation activities through cold calling, WhatsApp campaigns, and SMS follow-ups

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident, persuasive, and polite telephone manner
- Previous experience as tele counselor in telecalling or counseling (preferably in education or EdTech) is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
