**Key Responsibilities**

**Calling & Student Interaction**
- Make 80-100 calls per day to students and working professionals who have shown interest in our programs.
- Provide detailed information about courses, fee structures, and career paths.
- Resolve student doubts and assist them through the admission process.

**Lead Management & Conversions**
- Manage leads effectively using CRM tools.
- Follow up with warm leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Update daily call records and maintain regular reporting.

**Student Support & Counseling**
- Build trust and rapport with students and parents.
- Provide personalized counseling to help students choose the right career path.
- Ensure a smooth and supportive admission experience.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

**Experience**: 1-2 years in tele-counseling, academic counseling, or telesales in education or Ed-Tech sector.
**Communication**: Excellent speaking and listening skills in Hindi & English.
**Sales & Counseling Skills**: Ability to explain, persuade, and convert leads through genuine guidance.
**Target-Focused**: Comfortable working with daily/weekly conversion goals.
**Tech-Savvy**: Experience with MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
**Professional Attitude**: Positive, energetic, and customer-centric.
