**Job Summary**:

- **Job Title**:Product Branding & Marketing Strategists
- **Location**: Bhopal / Pune (Currently remote)
- **Work Hours**:3pm
- 12am IST
- **Experience**: 6+ years in relevant field

**Responsibilities**

**Marketing Communication & Content Creation**

**Content Creation**:

- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
- Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
- Work on marketing material such as - capability statements, brochure, case studies, customer presentation, etc.
- **Design visually captivating graphics, images, and posts using tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, etc., ensuring they align with the brand's visual identity.**:

- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability and Impact.
- Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
- Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content

**Marketing Communication**:

- Promote our products and services during events
- Advertise our company and products/services on various media
- Design and execute marketing campaigns for various SBUs in the company
- Track ROI for marketing campaigns
- Craft and send regular newsletters / blogs / social media updated about for brand promotion and awareness of services
- Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics so to increase brand awareness of the company
- Monitor corporate website and social media pages for traffic and implement strategies for increasing it
- Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
- Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels.
- **Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.**:

- **Identify and explore new opportunities for social media growth and audience engagement.**
- Proven work experience as a Brand Strategist or Digital Marketing Manager.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop.
- Experience in developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation.
- Understanding of the full marketing mix and data-driven thinking.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, CRM software, and web analytics tools.
- Knowledge of online marketing tools and practices.
- Well-organized with exceptional project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver to deadlines.
- US market exposure is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant field.
- Portfolio of brand-building projects and video editing skills are a plus.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for optimizing social media posts and landing pages is also preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
