Job Summary: We’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing & Creative Strategist Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is excited about growing a brand from the ground up and has a passion for mental wellness, personal growth, and storytelling. You will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and build a loyal and thriving community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Strategy & Execution**:

- Assist in creating and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with Purple Diary’s mission and vision.
- Develop monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, focusing on engagement and audience growth.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.

**Content Creation**:

- Write inspiring blog posts, newsletters, and social media copy that resonate with our audience.
- Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for reels, stories, and posts that encourage community engagement.
- Collaborate with the design team (or use tools like Canva) to create visually appealing social media graphics and posts.

**Product Development & Brand Growth**:

- Brainstorm new product ideas (physical and digital) that align with Purple Diary’s vision, such as journals, guided apps, or workshops.
- Conduct market research to understand audience needs, competitive products, and growth opportunities.
- Propose and develop strategies to build partnerships with influencers, coaches, or like-minded brands.

Community Engagement:

- Foster meaningful relationships with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and questions on social media platforms.
- Develop campaigns, challenges, or events (e.g., journaling prompts or self-discovery challenges) to inspire active participation.

**Requirements: Skills & Qualities**:

- A strong passion for mental wellness, personal growth, and self-discovery.
- Excellent storytelling and writing skills with an empathetic and conversational tone.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when developing marketing strategies or content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Canva, Instagram Analytics, TikTok).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Interest or experience in product development and branding is a bonus.

**Educational Background**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
