**AVASO TECH** is immediately hiring for the role of **Global - Talent Acquisition Executive.**

Location**:Mohali**

Shift: Monthly **Rotational Shift** (AU, EU & US Shift)

Currently seeking an energetic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition to join our fast-paced, full life cycle recruitment team, supporting field support and proposal recruitment. This position is responsible for thorough execution of AVASO’s recruiting process for assigned searches, and requires an eye for detail, a passion for finding top talent, and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role and requires the ability to plan, multi-task and follow through on assigned tasks.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent acquisition in IT is required.
- Excellent communications skills are required.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Promote company’s reputation as **“best place to work”.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,181.99 - ₹32,500.00 per month
