**What You'll Do**:

- Coordinate with the client manager to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team is following Agile methodologies, principles, and practices.
- Work closely with the tech lead and business analyst to groom stories, prioritize backlog items, and estimate story points.
- Track and monitor end-to-end delivery of user stories, features, and epics.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the project timeline or scope.
- Work with the team to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Report project status to internal and external stakeholders using Agile metrics, burn-down charts, and other relevant tools.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members on Agile principles and practices.

**What You Know**:

- A Minimum of at least 5 years of experience,
- Experience should include a scrum master role.
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills

**Education**:

- A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
