Role Description:
A female personal secretary provides high-level administrative support by handling tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing communications, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with personal errands.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Organize and maintain schedules, arrange meetings, and set reminders.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodation, and itineraries.
Document Preparation: Draft letters, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing business and personal events.
Data and Record Management: Maintain filing systems and records (digital and physical).
Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks such as shopping, booking appointments, or paying bills.
Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion with sensitive information.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
