**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers and generate new business through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain daily reports of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
- Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions as required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven field sales experience (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sales pressure.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
