ServiceNow Solution Architect
- Ensure solution architecture analysis, design, and direction on the development activities, with specific emphasis on leading efforts involving Process, Solution Design, and Integration while ensuring technical leadership and assurance of best practices.
- Responsible for end-to-end understanding of the ServiceNow solution being delivered.
- Review all ServiceNow design issues and provide guidance to developers and administrators on fixing defects.
- Review and sign off ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and release management cycle.
- Provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices & industry trends.
- Analyse and estimate the time required to design, develop, and implement the technical solutions.
- Working with the Pre-Sales/Sales team with scoping and estimation service engagements involving ServiceNow products and client systems.
- Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide developers’ input based on the requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, standards, agile working methodologies, and tools while ensuring adherence to coding and quality standards.
- Must have deep knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and implementation experience in ServiceNow CSM, ITBM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, GRC, FSM, and CMDB (Any 3 modules).
- Multiple integrations experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
- Daily activities include running Scrum Calls, Managing ServiceNow Development sprints, collaborating with Leads/PM to understand priorities and provide solution oversight.
- Collaborate with customer/stakeholders and members of the team.
- Guide and mentor Junior members and peers as and when required.
- Prepare and develop system architecture, documentation, including process flows, design documents, etc.
- Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions that meet business requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with users, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Must be a team player to work with developers and platform administrators.
