**The Role**:This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract**

**Your mission at Irdeto**:

- Create job requisitions and post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Raise purchase requests and purchase orders for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Schedule interviews as needed.
- Assist in screening resumes.
- Run reports to support recruitment metrics and track progress. Keeping the reports updated.
- Maintain and update recruitment materials, including job descriptions and interview guides.
- Update SharePoint with recruitment-related documents and information.

**How you can add value to the team**:

- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition/ HR or recruitment coordination.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
