Creative Coordinator

As a Creative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery and high-quality output of advertising creatives for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate between our creative team and clients, managing the creative process from conception to completion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Management**: Oversee the production of ad creatives, ensuring projects are completed on time. Understand the brief, coordinate with team members and clients to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
**2. Quality Control**:Ensure all creatives meet or exceed the agency’s quality standards and client expectations. Review and get approvals both internal and client.
**3. Client Liaison**: Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding creative delivery. Communicate client feedback to the creative team and ensure revisions are made as required.
**4. Creative Collaboration**:Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new advertising concepts.
**5. Resource Management**:Allocate and manage resources effectively, including assigning tasks to designers, copywriters, and other team members based on their skills and project requirements.
**6. Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on the latest trends in advertising and design, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the creative output of the agency.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a creative coordination role or similar position, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of the creative process and project management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
1-2 years of client servicing experience with an interest to migrate to creative in the possible role of a creative strategist.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
