The Production & Creative Department is responsible for all creative outputs of the company. This includes visual content, video production, content writing, and campaign ideation. The team works closely with Marketing, Brand Management, and Product teams to deliver high-quality, engaging content that drives audience engagement and brand recognition.

Positions & Responsibilities

Creative Director (1 Position)

Role Overview: Lead the creative vision and strategy of all campaigns. Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative strategies for campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Guide and mentor graphic designers, video editors, and content producers
  • Oversee production of visuals, videos, and written content
  • Coordinate with Marketing Strategists to align content with growth objectives
  • Approve final outputs before publishing or distribution

Skills Required:

  • Leadership & team management
  • Strong sense of design, branding, and storytelling
  • Knowledge of design tools and video production workflow

2. Graphic Designer (1 Position)

Role Overview: Design visual content for social media, website, campaigns, and digital ads.

Responsibilities:

  • Create social media graphics, banners, posters, and other marketing materials
  • Collaborate with Content Producers and Creative Director to bring campaign ideas to life
  • Ensure all visuals maintain brand consistency
  • Optimize designs for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.)
  • Support video production with motion graphics or overlays if required

Skills Required:

  • Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator proficiency
  • Strong visual storytelling & creativity
  • Ability to work under deadlines

3. Video Editor (1 Position)

Role Overview: Produce high-quality video content for social media, campaigns, and digital products.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit video content for social media, ads, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with Creative Director for concept execution
  • Add motion graphics, subtitles, and visual effects
  • Ensure videos are platform-optimized (Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, TikTok, etc.)
  • Maintain organized project files and timelines

Skills Required:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools
  • Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and transitions
  • Creativity and ability to execute briefs effectively

4. Content Producer (1 Position)

Role Overview: Develop engaging written content for campaigns, social media, blogs, and announcements.

Responsibilities:

  • Write captions, posts, and content for social media channels
  • Collaborate with Creative Director and Marketing team for campaign concepts
  • Research trends, competitors, and audience preferences
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and strategy
  • Assist in content scheduling and planning

Skills Required:

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Creativity and ideation for social campaigns
  • Understanding of SEO & engagement metrics is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9, ₹48,615.90 per month
