**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain **brand identity and creative standards**.
- Create **marketing assets, ads, and visuals** for growth campaigns.
- Design **UI/UX in Figma** to support product experience.
- Own **video content and editing** for campaigns.
- Experiment with **AI-powered design tools** to accelerate output.
- Collaborate on **viral growth campaigns** and creative experiments.

**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of experience in **creative design**.
- Strong skills in **graphic design, branding, and campaign visuals**.
- Familiarity with **video editing/motion graphics** tools (Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
- Experience with **Figma / UI/UX** preferred.
- Comfortable working **U.S. Pacific hours**.
