**Role Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned and imaginative Senior Creative Web Designer (contractual role) to lead the visual and design direction of our web presence. This role is ideal for a design professional who brings 10+ years of experience in crafting modern, user-friendly websites with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, branding, and user experience — rather than deep coding or technical backend work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the conceptualization and design of company websites and landing pages
- Revamp existing digital assets to reflect evolving brand identity and modern design principles
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to craft engaging and intuitive web interfaces
- Guide the visual storytelling through layouts, typography, color theory, and multimedia
- Oversee the consistency of brand visuals across all digital touchpoints
- Liaise with developers (if needed) to ensure accurate implementation of design
- Provide design direction and creative leadership on short-term and long-term projects

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 10-15 years of experience in creative web design or UI/UX roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing visually engaging and user-focused web designs
- Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro
- Familiarity with web layout principles and responsive design standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a design-first mindset
- Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and remote teams

**Preferred Background**
- Experience in branding and digital campaign design
- Exposure to design systems and atomic design principles
- Understanding of accessibility, user testing, and wireframing best practices
