- We are seeking a motivated and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate advisory team.
- The Pre-Sales Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by identifying potential clients, conducting client real estate need analysis, and preparing daily sales funnel for sales team.
- Taking continuous follow up from client on daily basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Calling on existing database and leads to generate potential clients.
- Strongly follow up on daily basis to convert potential clients for site visits.
- Assist in the preparation of daily sales funnels, and helping sales team to generate potential clients as per target.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and strategies to meet client needs and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers and other stakeholders in the organization.
- Provide support to the sales team during client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Stay updated on market projects.
- Keen to learn real estate industry thoroughly and management skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or business development role, preferably in the real estate advisory or any sales industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including knowledge of market trends, property types, and investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
