MMP Refratech Pvt.Ltd. is a leading service based company seeking an experienced and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
2. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities: Research prospects, understand their needs, and determine whether our solutions align with their requirements.
3. Build relationships: Establish rapport with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
4. Follow-up and follow-through: Ensure timely follow-ups with leads, prospects, and customers to move sales opportunities forward.
Administrative Tasks:
1. Data management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.
2. Excel proficiency: Utilize Excel to track sales metrics, analyze data, and create reports.
**Requirements**:
Essential Qualifications:
2. Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6.Familiarity with CRM software
7.Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN selling).
**Skills**:1. Strong phone etiquette and cold calling skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
3. Results-oriented and self-motivated.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
5. Team player with a positive attitude.
