Designation: Customer Service Executive (International Process) **Responsibilities** - Good communication skills & Patience - Need to respond to the calls from Clients Also to call back to resolve their product issues - Build rapport, listen, clarify and manage the conversational flow - Explain the details and provide information to the customer. - Resolving customer issues brought to your attention. - Will be responsible for the international voice process. **Key Skills**: - Customer Support, Customer Service, Excel INTERNATIONAL VOICE_ **Required Experience and Qualifications** - Any Graduate /Under Graduate - Good communication skills in English. - Since the client is based in Australia, one needs to flexible about early morning time shift. - Experienced would be appreciated. - Immediate joiners preferred. - **Additional Information**_: 1. Job Timings: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Australian Time Shift) 2. 5.5 working days (Saturday is half day). 4. Salary for freshers is 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA + incentives. 5.
