Greetings from **TVS Electronics**,
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Executive - Online Support to join our team in Chennai.
The role involves providing online technical assistance and resolving customer issues related to our label printers and thermal printers.
**NOTE**:Fluency in **Hindi**and **Tamil** is mandatory.
Immediate Joiners are preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide online support to customers for label and thermal printer-related queries.
- Maintain and update customer interaction and support data in Excel.
- Handle customer escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product-related issues or escalated cases.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support.
- Attend product training sessions to stay updated on technical specifications.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Hindi and Tamil is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to manage customers calmly and professionally.
- Educational qualification: Any
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
