**Position Type**: Full-time

**Job Overview**: As a Retail Sales Officer at Tanishq, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry, maintaining showroom presentation, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs, offering product recommendations, and addressing any concerns or queries.
- **Sales**: Drive sales by effectively presenting and selling Tanishq products. Meet and exceed individual and showroom sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Tanishq's product range, including features, benefits, and pricing. Stay updated on the latest trends and collections.
- **Showroom Presentation**: Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. Assist with merchandising and displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- **Transaction Management**: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Follow up on leads and potential sales opportunities.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with stock management, including receiving shipments, checking inventory levels, and reporting any discrepancies.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to security, health and safety, and customer service standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury or jewelry environment, is highly desirable.( minimum 6 Months Experience required)
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to engage customers and understand their needs. Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with jewelry products and trends is advantageous. Basic understanding of luxury retail standards is preferred.
- **Personal Attributes**: Professional appearance and demeanor. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary Offered : INR 25000/- to INR 35,0000/- plus incentives
