Key Responsibilities
1. LinkedIn Network Management
*Profile Optimization: Update and optimize LinkedIn profiles (company/personal) to align with brand identity and services.
*Audience Building: Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers, influencers, and prospects in target industries, focusing on MSMEs and enterprises.
*Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions through personalized messages, comments, and responses to inbound queries.
2. Lead Generation and Nurturing
*Prospect Identification: Utilize LinkedIn tools (e.g., Sales Navigator) to identify potential leads in the mobility, web, cloud, and AI sectors.
*Cold Outreach: Initiate tailored outreach campaigns to connect with prospects and schedule introductory meetings.
*Nurture Campaigns: Maintain and build relationships with potential clients to ensure the business needs.
3. Content Sharing and Industry Insights
*Content Posting: Share engaging content (blogs, case studies, infographics, updates) to establish as a thought leader.
*Industry Trends: Provide insights and commentary on relevant industry trends to reinforce MapMinds’ expertise.
4. Reporting and Metrics
*Provide weekly and monthly reports, including:
*New connections added.
*Leads generated and their status in the sales pipeline.
*Engagement metrics (messages sent, replies received, content interactions).
Expected Outcomes
*Enhanced LinkedIn Visibility & Engagement: Increased reach and meaningful interactions on LinkedIn profile(s).
*Qualified Lead Pipeline: Steady flow of potential clients interested in mobility, web, cloud, and AI services.
*Strengthened Industry Relationships: Deeper engagement with key decision-makers and influencers in target markets.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 2+ years in inside sales, LinkedIn sales, or lead generation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent prospecting tools.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic networking abilities.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with mobility, web development, cloud solutions, and AI services is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
