We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven **Sales Counsellors** with prior experience in **cold calling and real estate sales**. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for identifying leads, pitching property options, and booking site visits.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective buyers and investors
- Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, and database follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Coordinate and schedule property site visits
- Maintain daily call records and lead data in CRM systems
- Follow up with clients to close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, and developer offers

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **1-3 years of experience** in **cold calling**, preferably in **real estate**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales orientation and result-driven mindset
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Confident, proactive, and self-motivated personality
- Graduation preferred
