**Job Title**: Sales Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming leads and inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person
- Explain courses, services, or real estate offerings to potential customers
- Build rapport and trust with prospects to guide them in decision-making
- Follow up with interested leads consistently to ensure conversion
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to achieve targets

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in speaking with clients and understanding their needs
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM (training can be provided)
- A friendly and professional attitude
- Target-driven mindset and positive attitude
