**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**: Internal & External recruitment
- **Market Research**: Keep up to date with trends in the IT industry and recruitment best practices to source and attract top talent.
- **Reporting**: Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly & Annual recruitment metrics and reports to lead.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT, or a related field.
- **1 year of Strong experience** in IT recruitment with a focus on **domestic hiring**.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and technologies.
- Experience using recruitment databases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in both contract and permanent hiring.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Certifications in Recruitment will be a plus.
