Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to plan daily dispatches as per customer orders.
- Ensure vehicle availability and allocation as per load plan.
- Generate and verify shipping documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, etc.
- Update dispatch details in WMS/ERP/TMS systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor loading activities to ensure correct SKU, quantity, and documentation per shipment.
- Ensure proper vehicle sealing and tagging post loading.
- Liaise with transporters, drivers, customer service, and internal teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Communicate dispatch status and expected delivery timelines to clients/customers.
- Ensure dispatches follow FIFO/FEFO norms as per product type and customer requirement.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or shortages before dispatch.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during dispatch operations.
- Verify vehicle and driver compliance (e.g., valid documents, vehicle condition).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
