The Dispatch Executive plays a crucial role in the logistics and distribution process. This position involves coordinating

and managing the timely dispatch of finished goods, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining efficient communication with

various stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch
- Verify order accuracy
- Schedule and book transportation for orders, considering factors like urgency,

cost, and vehicle capacity
- Create and maintain accurate dispatch documentation (e.g., pick lists, invoices,

delivery schedules)
- Track shipments and communicate updates to customers proactively
- Handle customer inquiries and address any delivery issues promptly and

professionally
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics partners
- Analyze dispatch data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures

Requisite Skills:

- Strong understanding of transportation and logistics principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and dispatch management software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
