We are seeking an experienced Packing and Dispatch Manager to join our dynamic team and ensure efficient operations in our packing and dispatch departments. Job Summary: The Packing and Dispatch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the packaging and dispatching of steel furniture products. This role requires strong leadership, operational management skills, and industry-specific experience to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and manage the packing and dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Develop and implement packing and dispatch procedures aligned with quality standards. Ensure proper packaging materials and techniques are used to prevent product damage during transportation. Monitor and manage inventory levels of packing materials. Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to streamline operations. Manage a team of packing and dispatch staff, providing training and performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and manage relationships with logistics partners. Maintain accurate records and reports related to dispatch and inventory. Requirements: Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in packing and dispatch operations within a steel furniture manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of packaging materials and techniques for steel furniture. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with logistics management software and inventory management systems. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and organizational skills.
