**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Review and process dispatch orders, ensuring all items are prepared and packed according to customer specifications and company standards.
- **Shipment Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers and logistics providers. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers and distribution points.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels. Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with the inventory and warehousing teams to ensure that dispatches are managed efficiently and that stock levels are maintained.
- **Customer Communication**: Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, order status, and any issues or changes related to their shipments.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch, such as delays, damage, or incorrect shipments.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and prepare regular reports on shipment status, delivery performance, and any issues encountered.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
