**IT Administrator Job Description**
- Maintain IT network, servers and security system.
- To maintain information system and networks, upgrade and install new hardware and software.
- Conduct network troubleshooting to segregate and identify general network problems.
- Back up data and manage network security.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewall.
- Build an internal link with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
- Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies.
- To ensure our technology runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Requirement and skills**:

- Proven experience as a System administrator, Network administrator or similar role 1-2 years experiences.
- Experience with database, networks (LAN, WAN)
- Knowledge of system security and data backup & recovery.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skill.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer science or related discipline.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru - 560066, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
