We are hiring a Reservation Executive for our resort.

**Responsibilities**:
Reservation Management:

- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and resort amenities.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences.

Guest Communication:

- Provide personalized assistance to guests, offering recommendations and information about resort services, activities, and local attractions.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Communicate effectively with guests before, during, and after their stay to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

OTA Platforms Management:

- Manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and third-party booking platforms.
- Monitor OTA listings to ensure accuracy of information, rates, and availability.
- Implement strategies to optimize OTA bookings and maximize revenue opportunities.

Sales and Revenue Management:

- Analyze booking trends, market demand, and competitor pricing to develop pricing strategies and promotions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell rooms, packages, and resort amenities to enhance revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and drive direct bookings.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in reservation, preferably in a luxury resort
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and external partners.
- Proficiency in reservation management software and online booking platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and drive sales.
- Fluency in languages (Malayalam, English, Hindi)

Food and Accommodation will be provided

2 plus years of experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vayalada, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Resort Reservation: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
