**Job Profile: Junior Teacher / Class Coordinator**

**Location - Minto Park**

**Salary - 8k per month**

**Duty hours
- 5 hours**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Lesson Planning**: Collaborate with senior teachers to develop lesson plans and instructional materials that align with curriculum objectives and student needs.
- **Classroom Management**: Support the implementation of classroom rules and procedures to maintain a productive learning environment. Help manage student behavior and provide guidance as needed.
- **Instructional Support**: Aid in delivering lessons, demonstrations, and presentations under the guidance of senior faculty. Provide individual or small group instruction to reinforce learning concepts.
- **Student Assessment**: Assist in assessing student progress through activities such as grading assignments, administering tests, and providing feedback on performance.
- **Resource Management**: Organize and maintain instructional materials, equipment, and resources to support effective teaching and learning.
- **Student Support**: Offer academic support and guidance to students, including tutoring and mentoring as necessary. Address student questions and concerns to promote academic success.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to coordinate instructional activities, share resources, and promote a cohesive learning environment.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
