**Teacher at SpeakSmart Academy**

**Job Overview**: The Faculty Member will be required to conduct public speaking and communication skills lesson plans as per specific directions. Each session has to align with specific teaching criteria and SSA objectives. Different batches of students both junior and senior range from class 2 to class 12.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting sessions according to lesson plans.
- Teaching in accordance with SpeakSmart Academy objectives and specific guidelines
- Manage class, handle student queries about lesson plans.
- Make daily student progress reports according to guidance.
- Help in preparing students for Trinity examinations.
- Assist with research for lesson plans.
- Pro-active participation in all academy tasks.
- Courtesy and respect in dealing with students

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Language**: Excellent command of English.
- **Education**: BA/BSc. Hons. and B.Ed preferred
- **Technical**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- **Attributes : Honest,**Hardworking, Responsible, and a Team Player
- **Experience**:Minimum 3-4 years offline teaching experience.

**Job Type**: Full-time Teacher
- Work hours : 11am - 6:30 pm
- Sunday and a half day off
- Additionally, there are about 35 days of paid leaves in a year
