**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
- Build and maintain a rapport with customers through effective communication.
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing activities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, appointments, and conversions.
- Document and update customer information in the database.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handovers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling or a related customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
