**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller for our Travel Department. As a Telecaller, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting travellers with their queries and bookings, ensuring an exceptional travel experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers via phone, addressing their travel needs and inquiries.
- Promote travel packages, destinations, and services effectively.
- Manage and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and revenue goals.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
- Previous experience in telecalling, preferably in the travel industry.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and booking procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
