As a Project Coordinator for cementing operations, you will ensure maximizing short
- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.

As a Project Coordinator - Cementing, you will be responsible for:

- Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.
- Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars.
- Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.
- Being responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.
- Being the primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes.
- Being familiar with the assigned client’s process for MOC.
- Issuing escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have experience of seven years (after obtaining stipulated qualification)
- Have an experience of five years (after obtaining stipulated qualification) in planning & supervising of cementing and other allied services in offshore rigs.
- Have prior experience in planning & supervising of primary cementation of at least three offshore U-HPHT wells having BHST above 350°F.
