We are looking for a Project Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience to manage the project schedule, budget, issues, and risks, ensuring smooth communication and coordination among various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
  • Manage risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven 1 or 2 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator.
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing technical projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Ability to work with different levels of staff across different departments.
  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
