Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met.

  • Stakeholder Liaison:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate project success.

  • Organize and participate in project meetings, documenting discussions and action items.

  • Documentation Management:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and schedules.

  • Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.

  • Compliance and Quality Control:

  • Ensure projects adhere to industry regulations and standards.

  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate with quality assurance teams.

  • Problem Resolution:

  • Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

  • Address client inquiries and provide timely support.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
