**DESIGNATION **:Corporate Networking Officer

**LEVEL **:Officer/ Senior Officer

**REPORTING TO **:Corporate Networking Manager

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Help placement team identify recruiters in line with criteria specified and find out key contact person details.
- Administer and provide assistance to all placement reports.
- Manage and evaluate all student's progress with respect to placements
- Prepare all placements related data for team members
- To determine all placement related requirements and to exchange all information appropriately.
- Help Placement team to organize Guest lectures, Field Visits, New company enrolments, etc.
- Help team to align the interviews for the aspirant.
- Handle backend work like maintaining data of aspirants etc.
- Coordinate with vendor for post placement support and analysis. Handle call audits of calling done on retention related data

**CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS**:
**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION **:Any graduate.

**YEARS OF EXPERIENCE **:Must have minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

**AGE **:23-35 years

**WORK SKILLS**
- Must be proficient with Excel. Experience into placements (preferred).
- Fluency in English communication.

Good people and process management skills. Communication in local language.

**ATTRIBUTES **:Organized, team player, relationship builder, assertive, approachable, self-motivated, problem solving attitude.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Greater Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 400088, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
