**About the role**:
Within a team of 7 people spread internationally, we are seeking a corporate network buyer in charge of Network equipment commodity.

You manage the purchasing activities relating to the Network equipment needs and provide your purchasing expertise to the stakeholders (for corporate customer offers and own needs). You support key stakeholders to manage suppliers, commercial and contractual relationship to answer OB business needs while ensuring OB profitability, competitiveness and risks mitigation.

You manage your own suppliers portfolio of €10+ M spends per year.

You address the strategy of the Orange Group by optimizing costs on one or more commodities in the department (Core Network, WAN Network, Network virtualization: SDN-NFV, UCPE, VNFs).

You build the Sourcing strategy based on your knowledges of the market and OBS needs.

You steer the end-to-end purchasing process: build the tenders in collaboration with the project team, analyze the offers (quality, pricing, deliveries) & define the procurement strategy, drive the commercial and contractual negotiation, select the more competitive suppliers.

You have a transversal role, interacting with multiple entities (Marketing, Network Engineering, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain etc ).

You present the Sourcing recommendations to the top management (Enterprise Demand Committee)

You monitor the suppliers’ performance (quantitative and qualitative)

You communicate to the stakeholders in order to promote the negotiated contracts.

You share commodity expertise and interact with buyers’ network (Group, BuyIn, Local, Projects, Sourcing OBS SA)

**About you**:
You have project management skills to gather information, organize and plan the tasks, restitute feedback in a synthesis report, make recommendations.

You have appetence for legal aspects, and are able to understand the contractual terms, norms.

You have analytical skills

You are comfortable with digital tools

Being fluent in English (written and spoken) is key
