Roles and Responsibilities 1)Minimum educational qualification is BE in any branch preferably Mech/Elect/Electronics/Inst/Chem with +2 pattern. 2)Experience background has to be from Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical industry 3)For Buyers minimum 5 years’ experience in buying Rotary/Static/Package equipment 4)For Sr. Buyers minimum years’ experience in buying Rotary/Static/Package equipment Key Responsibilities Managing relevant Supply Chain Management functions including review of Requisitions, RFQ issuance, ensure techno-commercial bid submissions, conducting techno-commercial evaluation, implementing sourcing strategy, Carry out cost estimate and analysis, conducting negotiations, PO award process, Post order engineering expediting & co-ordination, vendor/sub vendor’s material expediting, shop visits, Inspection co-ordination, logistical support, site co- ordination for material Storage, construction support for erection/installation & commissioning co-ordination with Finance and Accounts for timely supplier payment transactions, vendor development, vendor registration and performance evaluation etc.
