**YOUR TASKS**
- Planning and designing of global Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop infrastructure.
- Install, configure and maintain CVAD environments and related products (PVS, Storefront, Workspace, WEM,)
- Configure and maintain Citrix ADC Access Gateway.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory Group Policy Objects.
- User and Profile management.
- 2nd and 3rd level support as well as Support shifts on the weekend.
- System monitoring and documentation.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Citrix and/or Microsoft certificates are desirable.
- Strong understanding of configuring and supporting Microsoft Windows and Citrix CVAD 1912 and 2203 versions.
- Basic Know-How of Hypervisor technologies. (VMware, XenServer)
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory including Group Policy Object management.
- Scripting and software packaging skills (PowerShell, Landesk).
- Solid understanding of networking principles and an ability to interpret server operational characteristics.
- Accurately determine the presence of a problem and identify possible solutions.
- Ability to work well in an international team.
- Must have excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Advanced English language skills.
