This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing large scale/ distributed Citrix infrastructure solution deployments and have handled deployment & operations
- Customization like enabling multiple sessions per device for single user id with session roaming disable, addition of domain name in Citrix receiver etc as needed
- Storefront load balancing with the help of DNS A record.
- Citrix load balance and evaluator policy for VDA between physical and virtual servers.
- Deploy several VMs from Templates and customized their configurations as needed.
- Application Testing and checking compliance as per business requirement
- Liaise with other support teams and vendors to resolve critical issues
- Proactively monitored and respond to tickets within service level agreement
- Well versed in Citrix XenApp 6.0, 6.5, 7.x. Implementation and administration of Citrix servers, documenting product and quality procedures.
- Involved in management of Citrix Infrastructure Solutions, design & implementation of Citrix XenApp Farms.
- Knowledge in Installing/Configuring Citrix XenApp Server on Microsoft Windows Servers.
- Perform remote administration, support and management of multiple Citrix farms utilizing Citrix XenApp 6.0, 6.5, 7.x
- Experience on Citrix Farm creation, Zone creation, Citrix Servers installation.
- Publishing Applications/Contents to users and groups as required.
- ICA client or receiver for web deployment.
- Enabled Session sharing against full load on the servers in XA 6.5 environment.
- ICA client set up, Licensing, Load balancing, User Policy management. Good exposure on XenApp Printing.
- Maintaining the health of the Citrix farm and all infrastructure components in a Citrix Farm.
- Proficient in analysing information system needs, evaluating end-user requirements, custom designing solutions, troubleshooting for complex information systems management.
- Polished leadership skills with ability to motivate teams to increase productivity.
- Delivers results on target, with efficient processing, increased productivity and user satisfaction.
- Dedicated and highly motivated; a quick study who takes ownership of projects
- Well-structured and comfortable functioning in a virtual environment, both independently and in teams
- Self-disciplined with attention to detail; able to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities

- Maintain good relationships and communication channels with executives, supervisors, staff & peers.
- Managing Citrix XenApp 6.0, 6.5, 7.x Farms.
- Managing Citrix administration like Farm management, troubleshooting, load balancing, Citrix client, licensing, and server management.
- Managing the Licensing Server for Citrix XenApp. Administration and Activation of License of XenApp farm.
- Installing, Configuring and customizing Web interface/Storefront for XenApp web and XenApp service sites.
- Deploying hotfix rollup packs across the farm.
- Coordinating with third party vendors on resolving User/Citrix Application related issues
- Managing Users and Sessions.
- Administration and monitoring the health of Citrix servers via Citrix Delivery Service App Center /Citrix Studio console and Citrix Director daily.
- Creating Citrix Policies and GPO’s as per client requirement.
- Day to day health monitoring of the servers using scripts and taking appropriate steps to keep the environment under control.
- Installing ICA Client and receiver for web via Storefront for Client Access.
- Troubleshooting of ICA/HDX and IMA access issues and services issues.
- Optimizing user session experience using display settings, HDX technologies and Profile management.
- Creating User Accounts and basic administration using AD.
- Knowledge in few Citrix Commands and perform them in Infrastructure in my daily routine activities.
