JP Healthcare, a premier third-party cosmetic manufacturer specializing in skincare, haircare, body care, aromatics, personal care, baby care, handmade soaps, and men’s care, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety across our manufacturing processes, from raw materials to finished products, guaranteeing that all cosmetic formulations meet industry regulations and exceed client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance Monitoring**: Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO standards, and any relevant cosmetic industry regulations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive quality assurance documentation, including testing protocols, inspection records, corrective actions, and audit reports.
- **Product Testing**: Perform routine physical and chemical tests on products to verify compliance with product specifications and stability requirements.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and suggest initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and safety.
- **Audit Coordination**: Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits, including client, certification, and regulatory body audits.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
