Job Summary The RM PM Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate procurement inventory management and coordination of raw materials and packaging materials required for production This role plays a critical part in supply chain efficiency and production planning in a fast-paced FMCG environment Key Responsibilities Material Planning Procurement Coordinate with procurement suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials Monitor material requirements based on production plans and inventory levels Inventory Management Track inventory levels of RM PM to avoid stockouts or overstocking Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular cycle counts Coordination with Departments Liaise with production planning quality assurance and warehouse teams to align on material availability and usage Resolve any RM PM-related discrepancies or quality issues with suppliers and internal teams Documentation Compliance Maintain proper documentation of goods received material usage and supplier records Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to RM PM handling and storage Supplier Coordination Follow up with suppliers for order confirmations delivery schedules and documentation Evaluate supplier performance and support procurement in sourcing decisions Support to Quality Production Teams Ensure only approved materials are issued for production Coordinate the return or disposal of non-conforming materials Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or a related field 2-4 years of experience in RM PM coordination preferably in the FMCG industry Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and inventory management systems Proficiency in MS Office tools Excellent communication coordination and organizational skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Weekend availability Ability to commute relocate Parwanoo Himachal Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience RM PM Coordinator 3 years Preferred Location Parwanoo Himachal Pradesh Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 07 2025
