Telemarketer

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce JP Healthcare's cosmetic manufacturing services and products.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement telemarketing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue generation.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Provide regular reports on telemarketing performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and overcome objections.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
