**Title**: Analyst (US Mortgage)

**Location**: Connaught Place, Delhi

Qualicentric is hiring a Mortgage Analyst who is passionate about meeting goals and individual metrics while processing financial documents in a fast-paced environment. This role gives you an opportunity to help drive customer-obsessed culture while working with a collaborative team.

The Mortgage Senior Analyst should have a strong acumen in mortgage document familiarity with an emphasis on indexing, and scanning mortgage documents.

They must have excellent motor skills (hand-eye coordination on the computer) and a high level of attention to detail. They also enjoy repetitive work and sitting at a workstation 80% of the day.

Shifts: 10:00AM-7:00PM

Schedule: Monday - Friday with alternative Saturday working

Day shift ONLY

**Responsibilities**:

- It’s a post-closing process in the secondary market (Closing disclosure, Insurance etc.)
- Accurately reviewing, indexing, and scanning mortgage documents
- Consistently meet/exceed customer service level standards and metrics
- Effective communication with peers and leaders

**Required Skills**:

- Basic verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and time management
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent computer skills (hand-eye coordination on the computer)
- Ability to move quickly/accurately with hands while multi-tasking
- Good personnel handling

**Education**:

- Minimum Education
- Graduation
- Minimum experience 6 months to 1 year of experience
- Prior experience would be a plus point

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
