Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mortgage assets and ensuring that they meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess complex loan applications to ensure they meet our guidelines and policies.
  • Manage the underwriting process to ensure timely decision-making and minimize risk.
  • Conduct thorough credit analyses and assessments to determine creditworthiness.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track portfolio performance.
  • Built relationships with customers and third-party partners to drive business growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, or business administration.
  • Proven experience in mortgage lending, credit analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A certification such as CA or MBA is preferred but not required.
