Our company seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of Client Acquisition Executive. This position entails identifying and prospecting channel partners, building relationships with Chartered Accountants and small to mid-size Mortgage Advisory Firms, and generating mortgage leads.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prospect channel partners through daily market visits.
- Establish and maintain relationships/alliances with Chartered Accountants and small to mid-size Mortgage Advisory Firms.
- Create and manage a database of CAs and sub-DSAs in the assigned geography.
- Monitor Chartered Accountants of clients serviced by us and explore incremental business opportunities from them.
- Interact with clients to comprehend their mortgage requirements clearly and explain our proposition to them.
- Determine various technicalities and suggest the most suitable mortgage to clients.
- Submit daily reports on progress.
- Maintain monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets.
We provide solutions to clients based on personal issues encountered while handling the mortgage market personally.
